Group Circuit Training

  • An effective way for increasing your metabolic rate. 

  • enables you to complete a full body workout in a short period of time. 

  • small groups according to fitness levels and exercise experience.

Strength & Conditioning Program

Individualised scientific training programs tailored for your sport, for benefits like:

  • Functional strength and power for your sport

  • Injury prevention 

  • Improve running technique and mechanics

  • Sport specific speed and agility

  • Sport specific aerobic and anaerobic energy systems training. 

Studio

The Studio is a fully functional training facility that operates in Carnegie, with it's own private entrance. We also have expansive parklands only 30 metres away to use when the weather is good. 

I train clients of all ages who wish to improve either their health, fitness, sports performance or general wellbeing.
